MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) - Startup is sometimes very pixelated

I am running El Capitan v10.11. Other specs are as follows:

2.5 GHz Intel Core i7

16GB 1600 MHz DDR3

AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2048 MB

Lately I have been having various issues, but the one I can't figure out occurs upon waking the computer from sleep and seeing this screen:

I can type, but obviously logging in this way is pointless. I do a hard restart and everything loads normally. Anyone else experiencing this? I am worried that I bought a defected machine.

what did you end up doing, is your machine still doing this? I just got mine one day ago and its doing the exact same thing, if i do try to login it sometimes clears the pixelated-ness :-p away but stays at the login screen and sometimes it stays pixelated, i feel like this is a big issue, im very suprised that there is only seven people with this same question... I'm thinking i should take mine back...
