i was tricked via email and someone hacked my account

Good evening. I was responding to an email using my Icloud adress and they responded by having me type in a word to confirm that I was not a spam.

The email says that my email was forwared into someones inbox. Also it stated that all of my future emails will be delivered to that person as well.

I have 4 different email adresses. Please someone HELP...

I feel like such a fool!
