I have an Apple Extreme Time Capsule connected to a Verizon Fios router/modem. I cannot connect to the internet using the Apple Extreme guest network feature/network. Help

Guest only works if you setup the TC in router mode.. which would be wrong because you have a modem router so the TC should be in bridge.
The alternative is to use the FIOS modem router's wireless for guest.
