Iphone 5 not syncing up to itunes

I have my iPhone 5s with Ios 9.0.2 and itunes 12.3 and I have a windows 10 computer and with itunes it will not show up the device icon to sync and back up even when I got my computer authorized with my Apple Id. Why is that it really bothers me any idea?
