Phone calls and missed calls are shared on all iPhone 5 devices

We share the same iCloud account which includes 3 iPhone 5s. Is that the reason all phone calls and missed calls are shared on all iPhone 5 devices?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.0.2

Yes, that's the reason.

Each person should have their own Apple ID. Whoever keeps the current Apple ID can then set up Family Sharing so others continue to have access to apps, music, etc, purchased with thigh that account.

As a temporary solution, turn OFF Handoff in Settings > General > Handoff & Suggested Apps.

Having the call log across multiple devices is a result of the Apple ID being intended for one user across multiple devices.

It is far preferable to have individual IDs as Apple recommends. However as a quick “fix” go to Settings > FaceTime > and turn Calls from iPhone to OFF. This may help for a while. I would then get individual IDs for all.
