No service signal showing on cellular data ipad air 2

i Cant connect to cellular data. Im using ipad air 2 and im using an internet sim but apparently i cannot connect to the cellular data. and a pop box said that i should visit www.apple.com/support but i cant find the solution. Kindly help me thanx
