Did an IOS update and now the screen is blank and I cant use it. How do I fix?

Did an IOS update and the screen went blank. Can hear Siri occasionally, but screen is totally blank. I can't do anything. Tried running flat and re-charging, but no luck. How do I fix and/or where do I go to get help? Not sure what operating system it is running, as cannot see the screen.
