After El Capitan install, login error loop

El Capitan worked on my Mac Mini, but on my Mac Book pro, its stuck in a never ending loop. After entering my password, it shows a weird error then restarts, shows the problem death screen and repeats. I hold shift to go into safe mode, but it always goes to the login screen no matter what.

I hold option to see the HD disk, but there's no options I see other than to just continue.

I see from your post that you're getting text on the gray Apple screen, and then the computer restarts. This is indicative of a kernel panic on you computer. For troubleshooting a kernel panic I suggest that you read through the information in the link below.
