bypass password at restart

Is there a setting that allows the administrator to NOT use a password at restart of the computer? I am using El Capitan.

Yes. Open Security & Privacy preferences.


User uploaded file


Click the lock and authenticate. Uncheck the "Disable automatic login" option and the "Require password" option. You will be asked to enter your admin password.
