Does install iOS 9 is highly recommended for iPhone 5 users?

Hi, I am iPhone 5 user and currently running iOS 8.4.1, my question is does this iDevice (iPhone 5) is highly recommended update into iOS 9.x or the best idea is keep it on iOS 8.4?
