Sending in for repairs - courier pick up? Box delivery?

Hi,

I'm just a little confused about the process to send my iPhone in for repairs. I had selected a time and date for a courier to come. 2015-10-10 between 18:00 and 21:00. But then after selecting that I recieved this email saying a box would arrive in two business days. Can you explain to me what is happening? Is a courier coming tomorrow? If a courier comes tomorrowdo they bring this box? And do I just put my phone in it and send it back with them all in one transaction? Or is the box coming in 2 business days? And then I have to take it to UPS to send it back?
