the problem started when my iphone 6 without any reason turned off, i did a hard reset and it worked perfectly.
after that day i woke up finding my iphone 6 turned off. i tried a hard reset but it didn't work.. so i had to " restore iphone " from itunes. it worked.
but still my iphone turned off without any reason and it won't work unless i do a hard reset!!!!
any idea what's going on?!

Define "hard reset" - there is no such iOS term and it means different things to different people.
My guess is that you mean force restart/phone reset - pressing both the home and lock buttons until the Apple logo appears.
If so, try these steps:
1. Double click the home button to show the App switcher and close all apps by sliding preview panes up
2. Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
3. Restore to factory settings: Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings
