Can I contact other iTunes customers in regards to their film review?

I spend a lot of time reading the reviews of films left by other iTunes account holders. Their names are a link that takes me to a list of all the films they have previously reviewed but is there a way to contact them directly? (Sometimes I have a question for them in regards to something they mentioned in their film review or I simply want to tell them how creative/wonderful I thought their review is).
