error on add new app in itunes connect

I just purchased an apple developer certificate.

I created the certificates and everything I needed to build the project in xcode. Everything works there.

But when I go to iTunes connect and try to add a new app, it throws an error: "Try again. If the problem persists, contact us"

I looked at the javascript console, there are bunch of angularjs errors, plus the request to the apple server for creating an app, returns an internal server error.

What should I do?

I payed more than 100$ for this!
