Why MacMini Upgrade Should I take?

Im planning to buy a MacMini2014 model 2.6 Ghz 8GB ram model. Now, I want my PC to be very fast on and offnet. Should I take the 256GB SSD? I don't want much space as I don't need another 1 TB space.

I work in Illustrator, edit videos in my PC. So, what do you think? Should I get the 256 GB SSD?
