You can run all. But you need more Ram, at best not less than 2x4GB. Buy good quality and exact specs. I advise Crucial or OWC (their sites have a configurator). Easy to install also in your MBP.

Also a good idea to check how good your disk is:

download DriveDx (trial) from www.binaryfruit.com.

this app has the best predictive formulas that I could find.
