Post IOS 9 upgrade on Iphone 5s icloud not signing in

Hi

I upgraded my Iphone 5S from 8.4 to 9 IOS, post installation, when i started to sign in on Icloud it initially said as "Log in or password mismatch"

I went and reset the password, i tried post this too, but after this event, and after terms & condition, the error came as "COULD NOT SIGN IN".
