since the last ios update i am unable to play memo messages through a bluetooth speaker

since the 9.0.2 ios update I am unable to play recorded memos through a blue tooth speaker prior to the update it gave three options speaker , loud speaker or anyother Bluetooth device connected to the phone. how do I now play recorded items though a Bluetooth speaker?
