Can no longer open Excel on my Mac

I was working on a Excel Spreadsheet then tried to re-open it and I got the following message, what have I done? And I don't understand the answer


This menu contains AppleScripts and Automator workflows for Microsoft Excel

To add a script or Workflow to this menu copy it to the Excel script Menu items folder located in your library/ Application Support/ Microsoft/ Office folder
