Can't add iCloud aliases in Mac Mail

Not sure this is in the right community group, but it kind of fits…

I've updated to El Capitan, but for some reason Mac Mail has lost the aliases I set up for my me.com email addresses, and when I try to re-add them and click the OK button, the app doesn't respond. I then have to force-quit the app to be able to do anything else.

Any suggestions
