ios9.2 frozen ipad on plug into itunes screen. Reset hasn't worked and tried multiple times via itunes with no luck

ios9.2 has frozen my ipad 2 on the plug into itunes screen. I've tried resetting but nothing has changed. Also plugged into itunes multiple times with no luck! Even tried restoring via itunes. Help! TIA

I see that you are having an issue with your iPad, which is currently frozen on the “connect to iTunes” screen. I would suggest that you try restoring this iPad in recovery mode:
