My Wi-Fi is'nt working

Good Morning Friends,

My iPhone 4s suddenly develop Wi-Fi switch on problem, at first it continues searching for a very long time, then later it went off and I can not on it again. the switch was block.now i can not use Wi-Fi any more. Please what should i going to do?

Wi-Fi : N/A

To make sure that this is not software related, set it back to factory settings, without using any backup data afterwards. Set up the rest of the personal settings manually and test the Wi-Fi function.

If Wi-fi works, restore from the latest backup. If the problem comes back, the backup data contained corrupt data, causing your issues.

If it still does not work, this is a hardware issue and the phone has to be serviced by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider:

Find an Apple Authorized Service Provider
