smtp pop3 problems in apple mail

After my update from mavericks to yosemite last year my smtp pop server not work anymore.Same problem persists after my update to El Capitan.

The smtp marks eveytime offline.I tried anything possible like delete account and reinstall and so on.

Hope to find an solution here....please.

I wan also in the Beta programm el capitan an write mails to apple but still not works.
