Unable to open attachment in mail since updating to i.o.s 9

Hi, since updating to I.o.s 9 on my iPad, I am now unable to open attachments in mail.

attachment symbol is shown in the email, however no attachment in body of email is shown.

any suggestions appreciated. Thanks
