Install apps update via terminal

Hi everybody!

Is it possible to install the application updates available in the appstore using terminal?

As far as I understand softwareupdate command сan check for updates only system applications.

Update available in Mac AppStore

No updates in the softwareupdate

Is it possible to see the update available from the terminal and install it?

Typically, Unix-way systems, everything can be done from the terminal, and more. But I could not find a solution.
