I can not receive or send iMessage from OS EI Capitan!

Dear Apple Support,


I can not receive or send iMessage from OS EI Capitan! I have contacted Apple Support China twice for long talk and following lots of instruction they gave. However, I really get frustrated! I really need a clear answer instead of nonsense testament!


Right, the iMessage always work fine on my iPhone(now it's IOS9.02) with the same iCloud Account!


Is anybody turn around to contact me for help???

the little windows above tell me the number has not register to use iMessage. It's funny, because the number already register iMessage, and I I have got no problem to send iMessage(not message) via iPhone. I CAN NOT send or receive IMSG to anyone on my Mac OS EI Capitan!!!
