purchased app using wrong account - can I transfer it to my correct account?

Hello,

In my family (2 parents, 3 kids) we have one "master" iCloud account we use to purchase apps, movies, etc for the family to share. In addition, each of us has his/her own personal iCloud account. I just purchased an app for $30 for the family to share, but accidentally used my own personal iCloud account. Is there any way to transfer this purchase to our family master iCloud account? If not, is there a way to get a refund on this purchase (just made minutes ago), and then re-purchase it using the family master iCloud account? Thank you!
