Export to youtube Quality without upload it

I would like to know how can I use "export to Youtube" without upload it from imovie. I'm sorry for my bad english, that option export a better kind of video for youtube. But I would like to upload it from other computer that is conected to ethernet, the one that has imovie has a wireless conection.

Share to file uses mp4 while youtube use a compresed .mov file. I would like to know how can I get youtube file without upload it

Don't worry about the file extension. Both will work.

When I upload the mp4 youtube advices me to use .mov in imovie. Mov export from youtube is light and it won't show any message on youtube
