Billing for unpurchased

today 10th october 2015 @14.09 , i was billed rs 120 to my credit card for something that i have not purchased.

i Tried to contact apple support ..its of no use.

pls help.

iPad, iOS 8.4

Are these Indian Rupees? You seem to have considered a purchase and this is a test charge to check your account will meet whatever you may have wanted. Check this document on authorisation charges.

THanks for the response, its rupees, i found out what happened , apple charged me for apple music store subscription with out. My authorisation. Now what to do?

The won't charge you without authorisation, did you by any chance fail to cancel your subscription on time. If so, there will be an invitation to report as problem on the receipt. Report this as your problem ... but I have to say I think you may be unsuccessful. The terms for suscriptions are clear and failure to abide by them is not Apple's fault.
