iPhone 6S (64GB, Gold rose) bought on apple store 5th avenue NY came with T-Mobile SIM (package was totally sealed) and no SIM tray. What the heck?
I'm having concerns my iPhone is a used one.

Not all devices sold in the US come with a SIM removal tool. I purchased an unlocked version and it does not have one. That is something they have not been including in all devices for some time. Use a paperclip. Works just fine.
And there is an Edit button, however it is only active for 15 minutes from your post time. After that, it is gone.
