My devices aren't synced with email. I have to adjust iPhone, Macbook Air and iMac every time I use email.
How can I get all my devices synced?

If they are Apple mail accounts designed for iCloud then use iCloud. However if you are using third party e-mail accounts like gmail, then you cannot.
