Can't send mail - no choice of outgoing server given to me!

Can't send mail - no choice of outgoing server given to me!

Since updating last week I have been unable to sent emails.

I get the message: 'This message could not be sent because your account does not have a preferred outgoing mail server. Select an outgoing mail server from the list below.'

It then doesn't give me any mail servers to choose from at all!

Help!

Mail/Mailbox/Export Mailbox for all mailboxes containing e-mails you want to save. Delete an account and then add it back to see if it sets up an outgoing server. If so, repeat as required. Check the accounts to see if you have your e-mails. If so, delete the e-mails you exported. If not, Mail/File/Import Mailbox.
