Not accepting videos

HI im having some weird problems with my
video ipod (30gb)
and im soo dumb i dunno what i did to it..but umm here is my problem..

well my Ipod was dieing b/c i was watching videos on it early so i Plugged it into my computer just to charge it .
And my Usually library Itunes is in my laptop. so i didn't think anything would change soo itunes on my
computer shows up and asks if i want to change it and i said no.
So its charges and i go out.
I look at my files and my video files are mixed in with my Music files..

So im like oh its ok so
I plug it into my laptop and suddenly i went from 15bg left to 24 gb left..
ALL my videos had been deleted from my ipod
I mean on my itunes all my files was still there..
i tried everything to set it back but it won't go only 4 files will go in..

SOmeone please help..
I had like 100 videos T__T
