Setting up Xbox One with Airport Extreme

Hi everyone, I am very stumped by this issue and any help would be appreciated. After buying an Xbox One I cannot play online due to a Strict NAT type. I watched all the videos on how to tailor my airport extreme to allow for an Open NAT type but I cannot implement any of their solutions.

If i try to make any changes to "Network" in airport utility, I click Save and than Update, It turns my internet off temporarily while it updates, but i just get an error message after about 5 minutes. After that the internet will stay off until i reset everything and than it reverts back to before the changes to network were made, getting me no where. Anyone run into this error before? It provides no information and I am at a loss.
