Time Capsule Slows Internet Down From 100mbps to 50mbps

Hello, yesterday I got Time Warner Cable internet for my new home. The plan I got gives me 100 meg. internet and when I plug my PC or Macbook directly into the modem I get internet speeds of over 100. But today I plugged in my Time Capsule to use as the router, but when I did the speed dropped to around 50. This really isn't a huge deal to me since I am happy with 50, but 100 is better, so is there any way to speed it up? On wifi it stays at about 40-50, but the fastest I got on ethernet with the Time Capsule is a bit over 60. I can provide as many pictures as needed. Thank You.
