How to make all iCloud photos show on iPhone

Hello, i recently broke my 6plus and had it replaced. I restored the phone from a back up i had on my computer. However the photos showing on the device are now not complete. In the iCloud photos section i can see from iCloud.com i have a number of photos that are not appearing on the device, ones that had been taken after the last backup which i used to restore the phone.

How can I get the photos showing on iCloud.com to all show on my device?

Have you turned on iCloud Photo Library on your new phone? It is at Settings > iCloud > Photos > iCloud Photo Library.

thanks for the reply.

Yeah i have that setting on however am still missing the photos on my device. Its only about 3 days worth of photos that had been backed up to iCloud but not to the computer back up i used to restore the phone.
