I Wish to stop the ios 9.02 set up message from popping up every day.
The only way to stop getting the pop up message is by updating the iOS. You can delete the iOS software if it has already downloaded to your device in Settings>General>Storage and iCloud>Manage Storage. Swipe down (if needed) to find the iOS software and delete it.
