I want to change country to japan...but when i entered my debit card's info,it ws invalid...the prob is it ws pretty well works when i didnt change the country (srry for my broken english)

On the Japanese site go to App Store > Store > and on through to view my account. Against Payment Information is an edit option which will show you the acceptable cards for that country. There are very few Debit cards now accepted by Apple.
For an account in any country's App store you must legally reside in that country and use a card supported by a bank in that country.

I think you need to Restore to Factory Settings.
Then set up iPhone again when you get set up screen for country put Japan
