Wifi Very slow: Iphone 6 IOS9!!!

Everywhere I try to use the wifi, the connection is always very slow: to access internet and app store. In my house Wifi is very good, but it works also very slow, and smatphone Android works normal.

Formatted and updated to IOS9 but nothing changes remains slow.

Help me please !
