My Iphone 5S won't connect to itunes!!

I've had my iPhone 5S for over a year and have been connecting my phone to my now windows 10 laptop ever since. I've never had a problem with my phone connecting to iTunes on my laptop until now? My phone is connecting to my laptop just fine so It isn't the USB cable causing the problem. I am not great at computers but I really need to fix this issue fast! I have tried everything! PLEASE HELP!!

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.0.2, All my devices are up to date too!
