Why aren't my text tones working since I upgraded to 9.0.2?

No idea. What troubleshooting steps have you taken to solve your issue?

Tried a re-start twice. Did a Reset Network Settings. No clue what to try after that.
Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.
