iPhone 6s camera issue

HI

its my second day for using iphon 6s and I have observed that camera is taking too much time to show display on screen. When I tap camera icon app executes, shows camera controls but display screen stays black n shows display after 30 seconds... It happens thrice during 24 hrs... Can some one share their valued input for this issue... Is it software issue or hardware? I didn't had a chance to use iOS 9.0 and 9.1 because when I turn it on first time it's updated to 9.2.

I Have the same problem killing the camera app and opening works for me. Although i am not sure if this is a software issue or a hardware issue

happens wheneve the camera app has been left open in background for a while and then open. The frozen camera app does not recover and needs to be killed.
