After EL Capitain update Outgoing Mail Server lost. What can I do?

Hello.

I've updated to OSX El Capitain v 10.11 and now my outgoing mail doesn't work.

The error message states -

This message could not be sent because your account does not have a preferred outgoing mail server. Select an outgoing mail server from the list below.

However there's no list below.

The account details show Outgoing Server - None

TLS Certificate com.apple.idms.applleid...........

No server comes up if I click on the Advanced setting.

I can send and receive mail if I go into iCloud via Safari. It;s just on my iMac it's gone.

Does anyone know what I can do please?

Try Mail/Preferences/Accounts /Account Information. Select an account, then go to Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP). From the drop down menu select Edit SMPT server list. Then set up a server for each mail account so that is associated with the e-mail address. Then go to each account and set that server as the Outgoing Mail Server (SMPT). You can click Use only this server if desired.

Mail/Preferences/Composing/Send to messages from - set to account of selected mailbox.
