I purchased the mess text app, once i tried to use the app would not import all my contacts.
I contacted the app developers and asked for a refund they send me here?????
Can i get a refund or do I have to swallow the cost??????

If found valid, it may generate a Refund for you.
Otherwise, contact iTunes Billing.
Simon, If you kept the email from the Apple store detailing your purchase there should be a place within the body of the email that will contain a link "Report a Problem". Click on that and follow directions.
