Can I sync my phone to a iTunes library w/o losing my contact tel nos.?

I gave my partner my 5S when I upgraded to 6+ , I did carry out a reset but unfortunately choose the wrong option. Unable to sync phone to any of the current libraries as it comes back with the same msg 'this phone is already synced to another iTunes library etc'. My question is can I sync the phone to a library without losing her contact numbers & text msgs.? The photos I have already uploaded.
