I upgraded from iphone6 plus to iphone6s plus with ios 9.0.2 and I found out following very bad gmail problem..
1. Gmail sync is very slow.
2. Google contact sync is not working.
3. Google calendar sync is not working.
I think there was no sync problem on iphone6 plus.

Eric, Apple isn't here. It's users just like you. So asking what's wrong with the new phone is pointless. FWIW, I've had no issues with Gmail.
What have you done to troubleshoot your issue?
I'm having the same issue except I only use the email functionality. I've been getting an error message saying that it can't contact the IMAP server. I have removed and reset my three Gmail accounts a couple of times but it hasn't helped. I also have an iPad with the same three accounts on and it's also been updated to the latest version of iOS, but I'm not having the same problem with the iPad.
