how do i copy contacts to microsfot people

Hi,

i have an ipad mini... with all my contacts on it. my contacts are all sync'd to my icloud. there is no option to copy them to itunes (at least not that i can see).

I've also have a laptop using microsoft 8.1.

i would like to copy my contacts from my ipad/icloud to microsoft people.....

can someone please help me to do this... i've searched but nothing seems to work.... thanks.
