I cannot access iPhoto on my Air. I get told the current version is not compatible with El Capitan (it also wasn't with Yosemite before) & I get directed to the App Store. There I'm told the upgrade "is not currently available in the Canadian store". So iPhoto is completely inaccessible to me. Please help.

I cannot access iPhoto on my Air. I get told the current version is not compatible with El Capitan (it also wasn't with Yosemite before) & I get directed to the App Store.
