Hi can anyone help me my brother has got an iPhone 4 but he got it off my father. He tried to sign into iCloud but the phone is saying it has reached the amount of accounts that can sign in. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Unfortunately once all the 3 iCloud accounts have been created on your device, you cannot create any more regardless of what you do. You will need to re-use one of the accounts that you have already created or create your new account on another iOS device or Mac computer.

Somebody has obviously created 3 accounts from it.
