My iPad is nearly 2yrs old but out of the 1yr warranty so Apple South Africa does not want to help me with iPad stuck in recovery mode after latest IOS 9 update

If you make an Appointment at Apple Store.
You may get an out of warrenty replacement .
But you will need to pay part of the cost.

I was at an Apple/iStore in Centurion South Africa who revered me to Apple South Africa. I have been trying that number for more than 3 days with no joy. No answer. I have reported them to Helo Peter.com and are going to report it to the Consumer Council. My iPad was for a week at the Istore only to been told they are not going to do anything because it is out of the warranty
